YOUR CHALLENGE
Analyse end-to-end client and business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven re-design and enhanced efficiency Partner with stakeholders to re-imagine end to end journeys, challenge assumptions, build compelling value hypotheses, and ensure readiness for implementation Support the successful implementation of prioritised AI use cases, ensuring business outcomes are delivered
YOUR PROFILE
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business, Economics, Technology, Data Science, or another relevant field (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience in the banking or financial services sector Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
