YOUR CHALLENGE
Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of global collaboration and voice services Own service delivery and continuous improvement for Microsoft Exchange, secure e-mail and journaling platforms, Cisco call manager, trader telephony, voice recording solutions, Webex, and Confluence, and Microsoft SQL server environments Define team priorities, allocate resources, and manage capacity to meet business objectives and service levels Support budget planning, cost control, and financial forecasting for assigned services and products Manage vendor relationships, software and service contracts, and license compliance Drive technology lifecycle management, including upgrades, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and external partners to deliver reliable and innovative communication solutions Support incident, problem, and change management processes and act as an escalation point for critical issues
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage Several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role Good general technical infrastructure know-how with a focus on Microsoft Exchange, secure e-mail and journaling solutions, Cisco unified communications manager, trading telephony, voice recording platforms, Webex, Confluence, and Microsoft SQL Server Experience managing business-critical collaboration, communication, and database services in a complex enterprise environment Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and operational best practices Experience with budget planning, financial management, vendor management, and contract administration Good understanding of IT security, regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills Proven ability to drive service improvements, technology lifecycle management, and organizational change Fluent in German and English Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop technical teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, IT, and external partners Solid understanding of enterprise collaboration, voice, and database technologies, including Exchange, Cisco Unified Communications, Webex, Confluence, Microsoft SQL Server, and related services Strong service management mindset with experience in ITIL-based processes and operational excellence Financial acumen with experience supporting budget planning, cost optimization, and resource management Contract and vendor management skills, including negotiation and performance management Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and service improvements Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization capabilities in complex environments Risk, security, and compliance awareness for business-critical IT services Ability to lead organizational and technology change initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment
