YOUR MISSION:

The mission is part of Richemont Group Technology, managing the Retail Engagement area. You will supervise the three streams of this area and the multiple applications in this perimeter in addition to the cross functional activities. The three streams are Product, Clienteling and Sales for which you will overview both existing applications and ongoing Retail Transformation Program. In collaboration with the Group Product Office, the Solution Architects and your Core platforms counterparts, you identify the relevant synchronisation necessary and anticipate the risk on the quality and delivery roadmap of your area. You manage team members' effectiveness to match the continuous evolution of the applications and overcome technical challenges. You help your team navigate the multiple constraints and coordinate all the stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery of our portfolio of projects to increase our users’ satisfaction. You will operate in a global, multi-maisons environment, engaging with teams at different management levels to ensure seamless integration and performance.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Strong understanding of web technologies and applications. Hands-on experience in retail or web application management and delivery. Hands-on experience with technology concepts such as APIs, OMS and CRM. Planning and capacity management. Budget Management Atlassian Suite (Confluence/Jira). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated experience in leadership, team mentoring. Ability to present ideas in context, which can be understood by technology, business and non-IT personnel. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple efforts simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to explore new technologies. Comfortable working independently in an agile environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent. Fluency in English (French, Portuguese or other languages is a plus).
