In this role your will

Design, build, and maintain internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI agent based developer workflows Build and scale test infrastructure and test execution frameworks to accelerate developer feedback loops Improve developer velocity, developer and agent environment tooling, as well as local debugging/testing workflows Partner with development, infrastructure, and SRE teams to streamline release engineering, deployment reliability, and artifact management Monitor and optimize build times, test flakiness, and CI performance across the engineering organization

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on engineering productivity, developer tooling, agentic workflows, build systems, or release engineering Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems, build orchestration tools (e.g., Bazel, Nix, Go build tooling), and test automation infrastructure Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Go, Python, Java, or C++ Hands-on experience with containerization, cloud infrastructure, and release automation Deep interest in developer experience, developer velocity metrics, and building developer-facing products
