What You’ll Do

Own and continuously evolve the QA strategy and processes across two product squads. Define effective test strategies for epics and user stories, identifying risks and testing priorities early in the development lifecycle. Partner with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to refine acceptance criteria, identify edge cases and ensure requirements are testable. Design and execute exploratory, regression and manual testing for critical user journeys and high-risk areas. Manage end-to-end testing phases, including UAT, non-regression testing, test data preparation and defect triage. Perform and support API testing, including REST and contract testing. Proactively identify quality risks, gaps and missing coverage — without waiting for a ticket to tell you what to test. Own and continuously improve the regression test suite, balancing coverage, effectiveness and maintenance effort. Provide clear visibility on defects, coverage, release readiness and quality risks. Contribute to go/no-go decisions for production releases. Build deep product and domain knowledge, becoming a trusted quality partner for Product and Engineering. Help foster a strong, pragmatic and shared quality culture across our engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of QA experience, ideally across both mobile and web applications. Strong experience in defining and implementing QA strategies, processes and testing approaches. Hands-on experience with: API testing, including REST and contract testing Manual testing of critical user flows Regression and exploratory testing Test data management and test environments Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and related tools. Ability to conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how quality fits into modern engineering practices. A proactive ownership mindset: you naturally spot risks, challenge assumptions, propose improvements and drive change. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Engineers, Product Owners, Architects and other stakeholders.
