Job Description
Join our Avaloq Cloud Solution Architecture team and play a key role in shaping the future of our modular, cloud-native banking platform. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our Avaloq Banking Solution SaaS offering on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring scalability, reliability, and automation.
- Design and develop cloud-native architecture for Avaloq SaaS on OCI
- Support Cloud Engineers and Developers to build solid automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored cloud solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Provide expert-level support and guidance on cloud architecture and DevOps practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a similar role
- Strong expertise in DevOps methodologies and Git-based project workflows
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and deployment strategies
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible is strongly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and abstractions skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is essential; experience with other cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- OCI Certified Solution Architect preferred
- Additional certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are advantageous
