Aufgaben
Design, Entwicklung und Optimierung von robusten Backend-Services sowie Beitrag zur Entwicklung und Evolution unserer mobilen Anwendungen.
- Design, build and maintain highly available, scalable and secure backend systems
- Develop and improve RESTful APIs and integrations with mobile and third-party systems
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our backend services and microservices ecosystem
- Support the development and maintenance of our mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams on new features and technical improvements
- Optimize system performance, reliability and scalability across backend and mobile environments
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews and engineering best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for both backend and mobile applications
- Proactively identify technical debt and propose innovative solutions and improvements
- Share knowledge across the team, mentor more junior engineers and contribute to technical hiring when needed
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and best practices
Anforderungen
Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Java oder Kotlin sowie praktische Erfahrung in der mobilen Entwicklung mit Flutter.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- Strong experience with backend development using Java (11+) and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot
- Experience designing and building microservice architectures
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web service integration
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB preferred)
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications (preferably on GCP)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture, performance and testing strategies
- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services and APIs
- Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills
