Administer Windows Server, operate and maintain Active Directory, implement system hardening, manage patching, support infrastructure applications, maintain monitoring systems.

• Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Operate and maintain Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Implement and maintain system hardening using GPO, Ansible, DSC
• Manage patching for servers, clients, and applications
• Operate and support mission-critical infrastructure applications
• Maintain monitoring and alerting systems

Deine beruflichen Erfahrungen

Several years' experience in IT operations or system administration, strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, hardening, patch management, security mindset, expertise with Windows Server and Linux, experience with virtualization, backup/restore, and monitoring tools, solid troubleshooting skills, scripting proficiency.

• Several years' experience in IT operations or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Hardening, Patch Management
• Strong security mindset: least privilege, patching, vulnerability remediation
• Deep expertise with Windows Server and good knowledge of Linux
• Experience with virtualization, backup/restore, and monitoring tools
• Solid troubleshooting skills across OS, applications, network, and hardware
• Scripting proficiency, ideally PowerShell (plus Bash for Linux environments)
